You will never need to stop and adjust
your seat height again. No tools to pull out of your pack...just a simple flick
of a handle bar mounted lever and you have access to 3 or more seat positions. Point
your bike down the gnarliest down hill and drop the seat...your buddies will eat
your dust. With just above the weight of a regular seat post, even cross country
riders will want one.

How to Ride the All Mountain Post:
Seat height adjustment is at your fingertips. When approaching a descent, simply
push the handlebar mounted actuation lever while in the seated position and the
A.M.P will drop. While seated release the lever and the seat will stay in the dropped
position. Depending on how much downward pressure you apply to the seat it will
drop to the 1” or full down drop position (3” or 4”). When approaching a climb or
flat, raising the seat is as easy as standing up and pressing the actuation lever.
The seat will rise to full ride height in a fraction of a second. Don’t blink or
you’ll miss it.

XC racing:
The cross country rider or racer will benefit greatly from the ability to lower
and raise their seat while at full race pace. Many race courses have become more
technical as bicycles have become more advanced. The 1” drop option will give the
XC racer a decided advantage over the competition in technical singletrack…the more
technical, the bigger the advantage. On the occasional steep descent there is the
full drop option; either 3” or 4” for all out speed. This is all with no compromise
to the climbing ability of your bike because with the flick of a switch your seat
is at full ride height.
DH racing:
Downhill racers will benefit from the A.M.P's multiple positions. DH racing is
often done with the seatpost set lower then full ride height for better control
while descending. This is done at a sacrifice to pedaling efficiency while climbing.
The
All Mountain Post offers the ability place the seat at proper ride height, yet keep the
seat out of the way while descending by placing the A.M.P in a drop position…
1” or full drop position (3” or 4”) depending on the terrain. The All Mountain Post
gives
the rider a huge advantage over the competition.
All Mountain Riding:
For those that don’t race, but enjoy riding with their buddies on all types of terrain
the A.M.P will increase the fun factor, while also giving you a big advantage
over your buddies. That is if they already don’t have an All Mountain Post. Having to stop
and lower your seat before a descent can kill the flow of the ride. And we’ve all
had the frustration of trying to find that “spot” were the seat used to be before
lowering it. With the A.M.P, those days are over. Simply press the actuation
lever and the seat is back to the exact “spot” that it was before you lowered it
for the descent. Lowering and raising the seat is as easy as pushing a lever and
sitting down. |
